I had a good stay here. The location worked well for me, just north of the city center but with good and easy connections. Very convenient walk to the hospital and close to the places I needed to go to. The rooms are spacious and have a whole seating area. The little balcony was cute as well. The free breakfast is perfect, as is the fact that you have everything in the room to make a quick meal. The whole thing is a bit dated and there are some stains in the carpet but those didn't bother me. The bathroom was very clean and that's the most important area. The staff were friendly and the value for money is great.

During my recent stay at Arden Motel, I was pleased with the location, as it was conveniently situated near tram stops and the places I wanted to visit in Melbourne. The staff at the motel were cute and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The room provided a secure and cozy space for me and my guest. I especially enjoyed the small enclosed balcony, which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

The hotel offers great value for the price, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms were sufficient. I particularly enjoyed having a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the bustling Arden Street. Additionally, the breakfast served was a pleasant bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this motel! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and just a stone's throw away from the hospital. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We loved starting our day with the delicious breakfast that was provided. The motel had all the necessary facilities, including free wifi and a well-maintained parking area. it was a great experience!
The slightly outdated decor in the room, but it didn't detract from our enjoyable stay.
